RATES AND DATES

Fishing season begins on the 1st of November and finishes on 30th April.

However winter fishing in certain locations is available.
Fees (valid 2026/27 season)
NZ $1100 per day
Includes: 1 day of guided fishing (for up to 2 anglers), 4WD transport, and a delicious packed lunch by the river.

**FUEL SURCHARGE**
To manage ongoing fuel price volatility, our standard daily rate is guaranteed whenever local fuel prices remain at or below $3.49 per litre (based on the local [e.g., Queenstown/Otago] average for 91 Octane at the time of your trip).

Should fuel prices exceed this threshold during the week of your scheduled outing, the following daily surcharges will apply to cover additional operating costs:
$3.50 – $4.00 / L: $75 surcharge per day
$4.01+ / L: $100 surcharge per day

Notice & Options: If a surcharge applies, we will notify you 48 hours prior to your outing. If you do not wish to pay the applicable fuel surcharge, you may reschedule your booking or cancel for a full refund of your deposit.

Bookings & Cancellations Policy:
In order to confirm a booking, we require a deposit of 20% of the total value. 

In the event of cancellation:
Cancellations made 30-7 days prior to your excursion will incur a charge of 50% of the value of the total booking.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, or failure to arrive, a charge of 100% will be incurred.
Should we successfully resell the booking, all charges incurred will be refunded in full.
